Discharge mode OUT:
1) When the battery voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage value UP, the relay opens and outputs voltage, and the battery starts to discharge. The red indication light lights up and the symbol "OUT" flashes.
2) When the battery voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage dn, the relay closes and outputs no voltage, and the battery stops discharging. The red indication light goes out and keeps showing the symbol "OUT".
Charging mode IN:
1) When the battery voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage value dn, the relay opens, and the battery begins to charge from the charger. The red indication light lights up and the symbol "IN" flashes.
2) When the battery voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage value UP, the relay is closed and the battery stops charging. The red indication light goes out and keeps showing the symbol "IN".
3) If no battery is connected to the output terminals, "nbE" is displayed.
