Mini Digital Contact Moisture Meter
This digital contact moisture meter is the easy way to detect leaks or seepage in wood, concrete plaster, carpet, so whether you're a tradesman or just a conscientious home owner it's a great tool for inspecting your home or business property.
When the two pin electrode are placed on the surface of an object the moisture detector will measure the conductivity of the object and calculate the moisture content, this is then shown as a percentage on the easy to read LCD display.
Capable of measuring moister content from 5 to 40% in a number of objects made from wood, bamboo, cotton, tobacco, paper and other materials this highly accurate moisture sensor uses a common 23A 12V alkaline battery that can be picked up from most stores. It has a low battery indicator light and measures just 85x39x15 mm so it’s perfect for you to keep in your pocket or tool bag.
