Bought this for our renovated master bath and to say the least, I’m underwhelmed. I’ve only used it a handful of times but I’m inclined to say I don’t like it. I’m really tempted to pack it up and return it because even after almost an hour of heating my towel, it only lukewarm and still cold in spots—and to make matters worse, it doesn’t even ensure the warmth of the towel, even after it’s been removed for a couple of seconds. Not sure about a scent, but it doesn’t have scent packs or anything or anywhere to place them as far as I can tell. I’m very underwhelmed and disappointed but whatever. I’ll try another method and see if it works and if not, it will be returned.

Even after an hour the towels are luke warm at best and still not warm in some spots. Literally seconds after removing the towel, it's already cold again. Really not worth the money if I must be honest. I still try to use it bit overall very underwhelmed by it.
