However, it generates, IMO, massive amount of tiny bubbles which defitely beats other big sponge filters sending out big bubbles. The end result is better oxygen mixing and lower/none bubbles noises. With the addition of good bacteria. It helps my tiny 2G tank clear water for a week easily.Update: I also tried out 2 other looks similar USB powered ones and this is the lowest noises. One of other offering made me mad for its terrible shaking noises!! |

With this low a duty cycle this thing will outlast the sea monkeys! Was surprised how well it works for the price and it is plug and play, hose, bubbler stone, all included. |

We have two comet goldfish in a fishbowl (not sure but I think it's a gallon?) I paired this pump with the mini sponge filter on Amazon and it's perfect. Can't hear the pump over the bubbling from the filter, it's so quiet.Warning: the first pump I received was defective and didn't work at all, but they replaced it 48 hours, so we're all good. |
