Frustrated as all the other air pumps I've tried have been too loud, and this was supposed to solve that problem. |

by Steph USA on 2023-06-04 13:22:22 | | I purchased this mini air pump a month ago for my one gallon breeding tank for my Zebra Danio tropical fish. I had no idea such a little pump existed, until I saw it on AMAZON. I set up my small tank just to breed my Z-Danios where I place marbles on the bottom of the 1 Gal tank and heat it with a aquatic heater to 82 degrees. It's set up in my bedroom and I have used regular air pumps in the past and even though they work fine, they are always a little noisy. This mini pump however is amazingly quiet and puts out an amazing amount of oxygen air flow. I had to install an adj. air flow control to lower the air flow. I like that it hangs on the side of the tank. I place the female Zebra's and 2 males in this tank the night before and in the early morning they are in a francy and lay eggs all over the bottom of the small tank as the eggs fall in between the marbles so the adult fish can't eat them. I strongly recommend this awesome mini pump. I would definitely purchase more in the future. Thank you Adeeing Co. and Amazon. UPDATE: Had it for 3 month and stopped working almost lost my fish I went from 5 stars to 2 stars. it's too bad. I really liked this pump, but it doesn't last |

I thought I could cut corners and save some money purchasing this online- I have purchased what seemed like the same product from a different retailer (hint: that one is green.) The other product has been going strong for 4-5 months now, no problems whatsoeved. So, I'm not sure what exactly the difference is, but this blue one is not worth it. You will spend time replacing it, sending it back to get a replacement, etc. It is a good idea and could be useful for someone who wants just a backup pump, but it is not suitable for daily, regular use. Do not buy this Adeeing brand. |

It was also quite a bit more powerful than other pumps that are much, much larger. All in all I had no real complaints with it. Until today. I noticed that it stopped and when I picked it up it was extremely hot. I unplugged it for a couple hours and tried it again. It ran again for about 1/2 hour before it got hot and died again. |

Longevity is key for me so unfortunately I'll have to give it 2 stars. |

Quite powerful for short use. |

It works best in smaller aquariums.Overall, I was very happy with it, especially because it is very quiet, but when I tried to switch out the clear air hose to a black one, the little piece that connects hose to pump just broke off. I had not used excessive force and was quite surprised. The only way I could make it work was to superglue the hose itself to the hole in the pump. I'll see how long it lasts. |

by zia USA on 2023-08-19 01:41:11 | | Update on 5/23/21: one of these quit after owning it less than 6 months, amazon said my window of return ended Jan 31, 2021 so I'm saying buyer beware, my other one is still working, I hope this bad one was a fluke.- Original review: I love these, wouldnt be without extra aeration, I learned the hard way in a 55 gallon my canister filter turbulence did not create enough oxygen transfer, and I lost some fish. After I caught it, added air, and hooked up airstone all is well. The noise of traditional pumps put me off, so I tried these. I will never go back. I have one on a 75 gallon and one on a 40 gallon. You can also plug them into car charger if you transport fish a long way. I've had them nearly a year and they work great. |

Checked the tank one day and this had stopped working and subsequently all our fish had died. We lost about 25-30 fish because of these faulty product. Do not risk it. We will not be buying these again. |
