The other two are just faulty. They make really loud clicking noises and even after taking them apart I cannot fix the noise. Soooo they are alright I guess. |

Great concept; wish this one worked for me. Was given refund via Amazon. Oh well.Update: since I was refunded without having to send the item back in, I plugged it in to see if I could troubleshoot it - still wouldn’t work but within 15 seconds of plugging it in the cord was hot to the touch. It went in the trash. These pumps are dangerous!Also, the one I purchased from a competing online aquarium supply store has met all expectations. Amazon buyer beware. |

The main problem is they stop working completely after about 4 months. I’ve returned and exchanged one and had to replace two. Out of six only one is still working. |

After a few weeks of use, as expected I guess, it stopped working. Poor quality item. I tried replacing the tubing, plugged into different outlets etc. it just died and my fish were left without much oxygen for about 12 hours so I found them gasping at the top (my tank is planted but the fish are breeding so I guess the oxygen available was not enough). Thankfully I had one of the louder, more powerful older models so I was able to save my fish but I am still very disappointed that this stopped working all of a sudden. |
