by SICTC on 2010-06-19 10:13:21 | | FlashFlashmax x920 is a decent but very inexpensive LED flashlight. I've tested it with alkaline AA/LR6/MX1500 Duracell as wel as NiMH GP 2700mah batteries. Plenty of light, even on a single AA battery. Indeed there is less light but only noticeable if you know. The flashlights have a greenish glow around the edges, about the same as you would get from an analog watch. Push button on rear end of the flashlight is accessible with one hand, so you can hold it in one hand and click on and click off with i.e. your thumb. Especially useful in situations where you only have one good AA battery left and still want to use your flashlight. Since AA batteries are very common you won't have to look hard for battery replacements or drag all kinds of chargers along.
