I wonder where I find the piece to put in the lock. The adapter does not match the unlocking kit. The product is very good, really enjoyed it. Only I could not install the lock. I hope someone help me. Thank you!

This was the first time I have used Chinavasion and found them to be excellent. Customer services seem to be very good and responded to my queries within 24 hours.
The product arrived 15 days after placing the order and there was no problem with customs or the packaging. The downside however was Royal Mail; it is near imposable to track the package once it enters the UK. I did eventually find a helpful person at Royal Mail Customer Services (08457740740) who tracked the product for me.
The product itself was delivered without damage and worked straight from the box once the Camera Sensor was placed in the correct position. Please note that the sensor needs to be facing a stable light source. In other words, if it is located in a shaded area but facing a bright light it will probably display a dark image on the Handheld Receiver.
The day and night vision is good, and the sound quality is ok, and what I would expect from the size of the product.
Based on this first order, I will defiantly consider using Chinavasion again.

Wireless range easily covers all parts of 2000 sq ft home. Video comes on from standby mode in less than 2 seconds. Auto image capture allows viewing visitors who came when no one was home. Much better security tham simply ignoring solicitors, since burgulars often pose as salesmen and break in if there is no response to doorbell. Better security than simple door peephole since callers can see peephole occlusion and predators can then break door in on occupant. Multiple cameras allow viewing around corner to detect hiding criminals.
