So I have to use up all the ice in a timely manner or put the remaining ones into the freezer. Since I bought it, I have been drinking water more frequently. I will keep using and enjoying it. |

Problem was, it arrived damaged and I did not notice the damage until it was too late to return to Amazon. It worked great initially, but then stopped working altogether several months later. I submitted a trouble report via Amazon Customer Service and they helped me contact the seller, ZSTAR, about the problem. ZSTAR promptly contacted me and a few days later I received a new replacement ice maker in the mail. Now we are enjoying that great ice again! THANK YOU SO MUCH AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZSTAR! |

While it is easy to use, the small ice size is too thin and can melt quickly, sometimes within 2 minutes. Nonetheless, considering the price, it provides good value for what you get. |

So let's just say we're not off to a good start Zstar. UPDATE!!! While waiting to hear back about cover I let sit for a few hours (4), then plugged it in to test it, ran the cleaning cycle first, then added spring water let it run to make ice, waited 3 hours, and wouldn't you know it! IT DOESN'T WORK!!! Really annoyed about all this because it was supposed to be surprise gift and now it's just a bust! |

I have a warranty but the product support page for z star no longer exists. I’m very disappointed that I can’t get help or that Amazon or z star won’t provide information to help me. |

We contacted the company twice and finally got an email from them. We sent them the requested information and no response since. Amazon has tried to help but it is not their problem. We spent $399.99 on an ice maker that is useless from a company that claims to be customer service oriented. My experience with the company is they are anything, but customer focused, and their ice maker certainly is not a quality product. |

The ice is made fast and is exactly what you want! I don't know why, but everything tastes better with great ice! I have enjoyed this so much! I love adding in my favorite flavored waters! Instead of feeling deprived of my diet, I feel treated every single day! It honestly gives me something to look forward to and has kept me motivated！ |

Very easy to use, plug in, add water to the max line on the inside, press the button, walk away and come back to ice ready to serve. It took less than an hour for the ice to fill up. I like how the ice is small cubes, which is perfect to blend smoothies. I’ve been running this ice maker every day, and it has been working amazingly. Once all the ice is consumed by the family, just add water and it will continuously produce ice. Very happy with the purchase, especially during the hot summer now. |
