I started putting it together myself and realized I was missing 5 pieces from the box. I’ve already contacted/sent an email to the warranty dept. we’ll see what happens. |

I cannot return it because when I opened the box I had to tear it open. The pieces were taped inside the box. The hardware was opened and scattered throughout the box. My daughter is 12 only 98-102 pounds and her frame sways and bows under her weight. Extremely unhappy with this purchase. |

Not all items have stickers indicating what part number it is and some of the ones that did, had the wrong product number however the photos of instructions were straight forward and easy to figure out what goes where. I assembled the bed alone in about 30 min and it looks great, just as pictured. Great value for the price! |

UNFORTUNATELY two critical parts were missing and we had to jury rig with wood stands. The specific parts were to hold up the front of the bed and to attach the headboard. Plus one piece was bent out of shape. We needed the bed so we did not return. I would advise anyone buying this item to check for all the pieces before unwrapping and give yourself time to return. |

The fabric is a very nice linen style upholstery fabric, and the covered button tufting is well done. Assembly was simple, with easy-to-follow directions and well-marked parts. There was one screw missing, but I don't blame the manufacturer for that... UPS had managed to nearly destroy the shipping box and had crushed the inner hardware and small parts box inside. All of the drawer slide parts were everywhichwhere and I'm 100% certain that the screw fell out one of the MANY holes torn in the outer packing. It's the wonder of the century that the bed was still in excellent shape in the inner plastic wrapper. Hubs and I managed the HB/FB/frame in under an hour and all four drawers in about another 30 minutes. The slats went in in a snap, and I am looking forward to a good night's rest. A+ for the bed, D-- for UPS the Box Buster. |

I am on my way to the hardware store right now because they’re were so many screws missing and the ones they were telling me to use were not fitting for the bed. I was trying to follow the manual but there’s no way. I don’t know who to contact now but I am severely frustrated with this bed and I was really excited to put it together but it has caused me a lot of stress |
