I think it’s the angle of the sitting position. They’re great for casual sitting though and they look great. Deducted 1 star for comfort level. |

USA on 2023-07-23 19:39:40 | | I received my purchase of two chairs and a table with the blue cushions it took seven hours to put it together because the instructions were not right the bolts were not marked right the holes were not drilled correct we had to use a mallet to get them lined up so I’m hoping that in the future this is corrected we’re hoping it stays together it looks nice now thank you for your time Sager |

Some of the instructions and materials weren’t labeled correctly, but there were some YouTube videos that helped me out. I have them on a covered porch, but they could stay outside as well. I love the set! |

by Tim Lomax USA on 2023-07-12 21:01:20 | | So you will not be happy with the cushion’s they are not as described “ Our 3 pieces bistro set is equipped with 4" seat cushion and 4.7" back cushion which is super soft and comfortable.” The seat cushion is maximum 1” thick and they are not memory foam or anything of quality the back is double the size which is 2” thick batting notice the bag appears to be vacuum sealed but it doesn’t expand. Crappy instructions crappy supplied tools if I saw this in person I wouldn’t of paid 1/3 of what I paid for this crap Very Unhappy! |

Some of the reviews I read prior to ordering said the took a long time and directions were confusing or parts missing. We experienced none of these problems, plus we also got them soon than expected. May purchase another pair to go on our new porch. |

The cushions are about 2 inches thick, if that. Now I have to go through the agony of taking them all apart and shoving them back in the box!!! Very MAD about the whole situation!! |

The chairs were not too difficult to assemble, and look great. They have a very smooth rocking and swiveling mechanism. Am already considering getting more for the backyard! |

Chusons also felt soft- feels sturdy enough to last long... But time will tell if I am right or notCons- Took me 3 hrs to assemble, so yea its a pain- I wish the instructions are little more clearOverall happy with the purchase |
