Says there is a recipe booklet (got 3 pages of info). Presets normally end up burning the food. The air fryer starts out making loud crackling noise. It just doesn't sound normal. |

The frying trays trap the food. That makes cleaning a bit harder. Air fying doesn't take the place of frying. It might be healthier, but its not the same. I use it on a daily basis. I hope it lasts longer than I do. I don't think I'll be buying another one, not at my age. (66 +) |

Second batch I dried them and powdered with corn starch (all I had) and they were slightly better. Ill be trying again with baking powder as I've heard it really helps add a crisp.The unit gets pretty hot on the outside. I would not stack anything on top and make sure to keep the sides clear as well.I gave it 4 stars mainly because of why I chose to buy this specific type of air fryer, the versatility. I can do rotisserie chicken, bake roasts, bake pizzas, and even cakes and muffins. I will say that as I've cooked with it, the results have improved. |

Downside is, I'm used to heating up a mug of water or hot chocolate, or heating up leftovers on a paper plate...can't do that with this oven....still gonna need a microwave. Upside is, the airfryer function reheats leftovers fairly quickly but you have to use a heat resistant plate. Add a microwave function and this is a 5 star product....just my opinion. |
