I apply a lil dab of lotion to pads and it helps it stick better and not move as much and then i adjust the intensity by the remote until its too high then i turn it down one. It has the option to use heat or no heat. I usually use heat half of the time its on. Its so easy to use anyone can use it. And it comes with a remote. |

It’s been charged and working great. Heat is nice and pulsation is good. The wife loves it , she has a lot of neck strain as a secretary working at a desk all day. |
