1080p Full HD Extreme Sports Action Camera "Crocolis HD" - Waterproof, 1.5 Inch Screen

Delivers outstanding video, agree with all the glowing reviews posted here (aside from melting its case on a motorcycle). Easy controls, stout and well built. I'll be using it on a motorcycle, too, and have no doubt it will perform flawlessly if mounted in a sane place like, say, the handlebars perhaps? Great cam at a great price.

So far, I am very pleased with this action camera and all the accessories that came with it. I have a GoPro, but I use this camera as a backup. It has worked flawlessly, so far. I have done a few tweeks to improve the sound quality of the external microphone and added a lens cap. The video quality is quite impressive. I was impressed with the techmoan review of this camera on the YouTube video and that is what sold me in purchasing the Extreme Action Cam. I use my camera on my sidecar and with a pan/tilt unit. It films great and no problems at all. I'd recommend it to anyone as I am very happy with how easy it is to use and how well made it is. I do wish it had a remote control, but otherwise, it is a real bargain for the price. Very dependable and very durable.

I am a pilot in training and I have been using this cam along with another helmet cam. I have been able to go back home with stunning videos after flying and pick up the small and large details of my flights for learning and awesome high def videos. I am purchasing another battery not because of time limit which I get around two hours but my trips are longer than that ,I use it everywhere.

Delivered in a couple of days, really expedite delivery. The package content are as advertised. I charged the battery and started using it in my car to get familiar with it. Very good picture quality, but the audio from the buildt-in mic is rather bad (read low volume). The buildt-in mic is rather directive, and has a short range. Have tried it also a couple of times with the external mic, and that works a lot bettter, but the voulme is still rather low. Overall this is an very good buy, compared to other competitive action cams. Thank you ChinaVasion. :-)

This camera is amazing for its price! I use it for my bodyboarding out in the ocean and the quality is perfect! Video size is huge!
Has a strong cover clip for the flip down back part, Very Strong lock-in mechanism for use with the Velcro straps. Easy to use. Sound quality is amazing!
Only downside is that the video file is saved as a .mov which uses a large storage size and when compressing, you loose a lot of quality. If your not fussed with storage and use the 32gig SD card (like myself and transfer files regularly) then there is no issue :)
In summary, this camera is perfect for all your extreme outdoor/underwater sports!

Deze camera kun je gewoon grbruiken onder water. In het zwembad heb ik gefilmd en foto's gemaakt. De beelden zijn fantastisch. De instelling 720/60 is perfect voor het fischeye effect en tevens een zeer goed beeld.
Het geluid is best wel goed. Ik vind het beter dan een luidspreken op een mobiel. Je moet je tv of computer harder zetten om het goed te horen.
Trouwens bij onderwater filmen hoor je de stemmen ook ( wel wat vervaagd ), maar toch goed hoorbaar op 1 meter diepte.
Tevens is het geluideffect van het bubbelend water erg apart, erg leuk.
Dit is een schitterned camere met veel montage mogelijkheden ( waar ik de camera niet voor heb gekocht ).
Ik ben gegaan voor onderwater filmen, en daar is deze camera zeer geschikt voor.

After three weeks waiting the camera finally arived, apaerently the demand is quite high with this camera as it was out of stock again!.. And for good reason, the video's this camera makes are exeptionally good! Sharp in all edges, good natural colours.. I will start using it in my glider cockpit to show my glider adventures!.. I allready made some with my Poseidon camera, but this one is 1080P and has a wider angle lens so I expect better quality video's with this one. Keep an eye on my Youtube channel! PH588BU..

This Extreme cam is really excellent.

i'm very pleased with my crocolis and its very waterproof had too test it out so far its been down too a 3ft depth or 1.5meter depth in almost freezing water everything that should stay dry did and nothing faltered. my video too prove it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ko6g74iBK3Q ecellent bit of kit and value for money with all the extra's. the one and only down side is sound quality from the standard mic.

This is a great camera, very small easy to hold in one hand takes very good 5MP still photos although cant Zoom in HD mode. Photos and footage play back ver well on 812mm Television. The box of mounting options supplied covers aany where you would want to mount it. I held this camera in my hand on a bot for 52 minutes without an issue. I would highly recomend it to anyone

This Extreme cam is really excellent. It takes 5mp stills in very low light by upping the gain and lowering the shutter speed. There's no iris, movie exposures are controlled by varying the shutter speed and gain. The images are very sharp and you can shoot in 1080p or 720p, giving 142 degree and 172 degree views, complete with gobs of barrel distortion.

The camera comes equipped with a whole host of accessories - brackets, clamps, straps, pads, cables, two chargers, instructions, tie-clip mic - everything except (oddly) a lens cap. I found the lid off my little WD40 can fitted perfectly. The menu system is comprehensive and the camera will even do timelapse and can present you with a transitioned slide-show of the stills on the card. The rear screen is tiny but very sharp.

I'm impressed. It shoots sharp movies under water as the lens has a flat class protective filter in place. Spare batteries are ludicrously cheap. The audio is not good - but much better if you open the little LCD screen as I'm pretty sure the mic is in there and not underneath as the instructions would have you believe.

I'm using my camera under my motorcycle to video tire performance. It has been jammed twice when cornering and actually the case melted through on the bottom of the motor, the side case is work through the rubber coating & it never quit filming, I wish I could show you the pic's of the external damage.

This thing is great, there are a few more features that are not mentioned like taking pics while recording videos. The only problem i have is the sound quality is really bad if you dont use the microphone.

I fly mine on my r/c hexacopter. Better results than my Gopro and the small lcd and menus work well. The camera screw mount is perfect for my needs. The full range of mounts is great and the picture looks fantastic directly out using the supplied HDMI cable :) Look at my video samples on youtube - "efliernz"
