This camera is extremely useful! Caught someone pulling on my door at 4:30am and was able to notify the law and my apartment. Any single woman that wants to feel secured in their home please order this camera.
The installation was smooth.After installation, I move the base station to my bedroom so I can hear the chime better. There was another room in between my bedroom and the front door. The video connection is still solid after the relocation. The response from button to chime to the notification on phone is fast. The camera is smart enough to capture the picture of the face, so I know who was passing by. The default video quality is not premium. But, it works for me, clear enough. I don't want to change the setting. The response time is more important. Love the improved notifications and face capturing.
Set up was easy and so far this has been working great!We have it set to only detect people and I customized the detection zone(so far it has not missed anyone who has come to the door!). Notifications only take a few seconds and if someone rings the doorbell it Chimes what seems like instantly. So far my wife and I are very pleased with this video doorbell and the video quality of it. We have only had it less then a week so if anything changes I will update this review.
