There are 2 switches, one is Mode (2 Modes: Steady & Flashing), another is Power On/Off.

The charging can only be finished under ON mode, please open the lights by pressing ON button at the back of solar panel before charging the lights.

Usage methods:

1) connect the insert rod with control box.
