The heating power is very high, in addition to the plate and components are very hot, and the heat of copper tube is also very high. The buyer can prepare the cooling system separately, and can purchase small water pump and 4mm rubber hose with inner diameter of 2m.
2. When using the switching power supply, it should be noted that the high-power switching power supply generally has the soft start function, and the same output voltage will increase slowly. If the voltage rises to 10V too early, the circuit will not bear vibration, and the conduction of two MOS tubes and components will burn at the same time, please change the voltage stability of the power supply, and then enter the induction heating circuit.
3. When heating metal objects, do not heat too much metal, otherwise it may lead to power overload. Please install 35A fuse or ammeter, and it is better to use air switch. (packing not included)
4. Although the drive board can withstand more than 40A current, it is recommended not to exceed 48V 35A to avoid accidents and damage.
5. The packaging box has a diameter of 60mm heating circle, and the design voltage is 36V. If a power supply of more than 40 V is used, it will be used for the inner diameter of the pump which is 70mm larger than the heating circle. The 12V DC power supply is used for the water, and the independent power regulator module is used to burn the fan and water pump.
6. The minimum input voltage of the module is 12V, which does not mean that the whole 12V power supply can be used. Some novice buyers can use smaller power supply. This module has specific voltage and current requirements. Its 12V voltage and current should be greater than 10A. It can use the power supply. If the power is too low, the power output will be greatly reduced. When the voltage is less than 12V, two MOS transistors will be generated at the same time, which will burn the MOS transistors
7. If the MOS tube is found to have a fever, the first thing to consider is whether the power output meets the requirements.
8. Do not empty the circuit board, otherwise it will emit high frequency noise, and then the MOS tube will burn out.
9. It is recommended to use 36V 20A power supply for induction heating. The 12V power supply is too small, almost no response. The 12V power supply is easy to reduce the output voltage of the power supply, and it is very dangerous to be lower than 12V
10. The power of induction heating is high, so the fever is normal. Please make sure to heat well. For induction heating, it is recommended that the power supply should be greater than 48V 50a, and the power supply should be replaced. The higher the voltage, the higher the current, the higher the heating power and the faster the heating speed.

How to use it? (description)
For induction heating, it is recommended to use a switching power supply of 48V50A or higher. If the power supply is 24V or more, a power supply of 20A or more is required. The higher the voltage, the larger the current, the higher the heating power, the faster the heating speed.
