Extension tubes are designed to enable a lens to focus closer than its normal set minimum focusing distance.
This is used by attaching between camera body and lens of the 35mm single-lens reflex camera. The greater the length of the extension tube, the closer the lens can focus.
They contains two tubes of different length, a 10 mm, 16 mm, which can be used individually or in any combination to obtain the desired magnification. It usable in 3 different lengths.
It couples perfectly with the camera's automatic diaphragm. With cameras of TTL, AE (Through-the-lens, Automatic Exposure) type it gives perfect coupling except when combined with electronic flash AE unit.
