1: All USB-C Connected Device must support "DisplayPort Alternate Mode" (DP Alt Mode) via USB-C,not compatible with devices which do not support the protocol of DP Alt Mode.

3: If you would like to display 4k separately in your external displays, please make sure that you have 4K cable,4k source and 4k monitors.

4: If you connect HDMI and VGA to output displays together, it can only show same content in your two connected displays.

5: The USB-C Female port in the hub can only used for charging, can not be used for data.
