Troubleshooting Method:
1. Please make sure the connection from the drive to the laptop is correct. For desktops, plug into the USB port on the back of the main computer.
2. Please make sure the Blue-light drive has enough power.
3. Please make sure you have the driver in your computer.
4. When this DVD drive works compatible for Mac OS, when connected to compatible for Mac, there is no icon showing on the desktop, when we put the disk in the drive, it will show a disk icon on the desktop.
5. Make sure the correct data cable is plugged into your computer, not the power cable.
