Instruct:

(2) Connect to the mobile charging power supply.
(3) Press and hold the chest temperature control output switch for 3 seconds.
(4) Press and hold the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds to start warming up and then adjust to medium temperature. It is necessary to connect the power bank from time to time.
(5) Manually adjust to the third gear, the warm temperature is 45 degrees Celsius, the comfort gear temperature is 35 degrees Celsius, and the energy-saving gear temperature is 25 degrees Celsius.
(6) Press and hold the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds, turn off the light and stop heating.
