- How come nothing happens when I click the backup button?
You must first install the software included on the CD. Then, you need to pre-define certain folders to sync when the button is pressed. - How come I can't install the included PCClone EX Lite software? It asks for a code?
Double click on the CD drive and it will automatically run setup, or run setup.exe in the root folder. It will not work if you go in the OTB_Backup software folder and run setup.exe yourself.
