For us, cellphones that have in the past provided exceptional feel in your hand quality has been any of the Nokia N series especially the N95. Going farther back, the Siemens S40 felt great to hold as well. We're not big fans on the iPhone though because it is a locked phone and it looks like a black brick. It feels like you're holding a calculator in your hands not a mobile phone! The Metro CVFD-M65 on the other hand is the epitome of a compact, yet powerful phone. Besides its swivel screen and QWERTY keyboard really put those brand name phones like the E63, N71, Blackberry, and Blueberry to shame.
• When I am entering the name of a new contact in my phonebook, what is the maximum number of characters I can use?
  You can enter a name that is 14 characters long.
• Help! I can't get Bluetooth working! What am I doing wrong?
  First, there are two places to access Bluetooth. One is in SETTINGS then USER PROFILES. Don't use that route. Instead click on the main menu icon called ORGANIZER, then EXTRA, then Bluetooth. You'll be able to toggle Bluetooth on and off, search and pair with active devices from there.
• What kind of operating system does this phone use?

  If you like to hack things, by that we mean squeeze more functionality out of a thing than was originally intended then this phone is for you.
