Great device, cuts everyone off, even my phione which isnt 3g, it seems to work on. If you want an all round one, choose this instead of the portable GPS + mobile phone jammer. It seems to work on just about everything for me.
Takes about 3 hours to charge, and lasts for up to 2-3 hours, your only ever going to use it for a few seconds at a time, so i dont think it will ever need recharging!
When used it immediatly cuts off the voice recieved into the mobile and out of the mobile with 3g.
In my experience, using a 2g phone, it seems to cut off the voice into the phone immediatly, but leaves the other person stilll hearing what you are saying, after about 6 seconds, the phone cuts off the call and the other person stops hearing you. Halarious when you hear the other person going hello? hello!?.
Very good for the annoying people who love there voice on the train. Its just satisfying to know that 'you can if you want to'.
BE CAREFULL! it is illegel to use one in most countries, especially in the us.
In the uk, its not illegel to own one, but it is to use one. If you bring one with you out in your pocket, then you are showing intent to use it, and may be prosecuted. If its found lying dormant in your home, then you cannot be prosecuted.
It has a red light which switches off upod charging completed, and one green light that goes on when its active.
